March 10 - March 18, 2012

The Maritime Museum’s Pirate Adventures features drop-in activities each day throughout March 10-18 and is open to children of all ages and their families (with museum admission). We encourage children to come dressed as pirates to start their journey to exotic destinations and discover sea-faring traditions while having boat loads of fun to try various activities and crafts. “Sail away” to far away climates like the Polynesian Islands, hoist a treasure chest and get a tattoo or your face painted by AirHedz! Daily Activities: AirHedz Tattoos & Face Painting: Small Craft Gallery, Saturdays 10:30 to 3:30, Monday to Friday 10:30 to 3:30, Sun 1:00 to 4:00 Drop in crafts: The Craft Room, Saturdays 10:00 to 4:00, Monday to Friday 10:00 to 4:00, Sun 1:00 to 4:00 Pirate Dress Up: Days of Sail Gallery and Small Craft Gallery, daily Pirate and Sailor Games: Small Craft Gallery Daily
