Space permitting, we invite various organizations, companies and government departments, as well as private collectors, to bring in a display of their collections for the public to view. There is no fee for private exhibition as long as money does not exchange hands.
Dealers interested in selling items wholesale to other businesses may set up tables Wednesday, before the show between 10:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Doors open to wholesaler buyers on the Pre-Show Wholesale Day at 10:00 a.m. Children are not permitted on the site on Wednesday or Thursday as vehicles are moving through the arena.
All other dealers must set-up between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Thursday prior to the show opening. The arena closes to all at 5:00 p.m. No vehicles are permitted in the arena between 5:00 p.m. Thursday and 5:00 p.m. Sunday. Dismantling booths cannot begin before 5:00 p.m. on Sunday.

As in previous years, when the arena doors are closed to the public at 4:00, we'll bring in some pizza while we all finish setting up.

Dealer's Breakfast is held every year with dealers, show organizers and sponsors. This is a forum for suggestions, concerns or problems. Each dealer is given one ticket with the purchase of their booth. (we have to know how many for serving), extra tickets are available for $6.00 each. The breakfast is catered by the Parrsboro Lion's Club canteen staff.
We are not responsible for "Acts of God" or theft during the open hours.
We provide insurance for liability as well as the owners of the building. You must provide your own insurance to cover equipment and property which may at any time be located at the arena. The Fundy Geological Museum (sponsors) will not be held liable for any losses. We provide security daily from closing to 8:00 am the next morning.

Skirted tables are provided. If a dealer chooses to use other tables, they must be skirted with flame retardant material and dealer is requested to bring a fire extinguisher.
Each dealer is responsible for bringing their own extension cords.

Each dealer is asked to donate an item (with the donor's name) to be displayed by the Fundy Geological Museum for promotion of the N.S. Gem and Mineral show or to be used as a silent auction item at the show.
