One Day School Programs

Length
of tour varies from 1 to 5 hours (your choice), depending on your
choice of program & size of group. Programs can include
any of the following:
- Museum
video and tour - 1 hour
- Lab presentation
- 15 - 30 minutes
- Hands
on activities - 15 - 30 minutes
- Field
trip - 1 - 3 hours for minerals, fossils or general geology

A 1 - 2 hour field trip can be
added to any program
for a fee of $1.15 more per person.

All chaperons and teachers
complimentary.

Chaperons participating in all
activities will be charged
$3.45 for materials.

Guided beach tour to eith Partridge Island -
Tall balsalt cliffs yield
a variety of minerals on the beach which includes agate, amethyst,
stilbite
and calcite OR a tour to East Bay which has dramatically
tilted
cliffs show a lake environment 320 mya. Look for ripple marks, mud
cracks
and amphibian ! |
