Can you seal a seam with a beetle or
twist an auger and make room for a trunnel?

This is the year to celebrate our Sailing Ambassador – BLUENOSE II. Begin your experience at the Fisheries Museum of the Atlantic. Discover the 5W's (who, what, where, when and why) of BLUENOSE and BLUENOSE II. Students participate in a host of activities designed for their grade level including a Model BLUENOSE Launch, the 3D magnetic Mini Boat Building Puzzle Challenge and creating a BLUENOSE Collage. This is an interactive experiential program that directly links to school curriculum outcomes and is loads of fun. Once you have tried your hand at boat building, take a five minute stroll to the Lunenburg Shipyard and view the actual restoration of BLUENOSE II. Before heading to the shipyard, don’t miss all of the other fantastic experiences at the museum including our aquarium, touch tank, movies, wharf-side vessels to explore and so much more. You've gotta come!
