| Career: During the Explosion, Colonne was berthed at Pier 9 taking on horses for soldiers at the front. The ship was severely damaged by the explosion with heavy losses to her crew. The wreck was hove over by the blast but remained at the wharf. She was later repaired and put back into service. |
