A
spectacular find! There are two foot prints from a large, plant-eating
dinosaur and an impression of it's skin. If we found the impression
of the skin all by it's lonesome, we probably wouldn't have
guessed what it was. The fact that there are two foot prints
made us look closer at the rock. Nobody knows what colour dinosaurs
were - skin pigments just don't last. The texture of the skin
does tell that dinosaurs had very tough skin much like modern-day
reptiles. |
