I am absolutely fascinated with the Osprey Cam and the close up view of the Ospreys. I have the Osprey Cam bookmarked, and I bring it up and watch it periodically through the day.
This is an absolutely wonderful opportunity for anyone who is interested in nature to watch and learn. My thanks to N.S. Power and the Museum of Natural History for offering this to the general public.

I think it is so amazing that NS Power & The Museum of Natural History is able to capture the lives of Oscar & Ethel & their offspring. I think it is a great learning experience for children of all ages.
I only started watching last year after Bella had been hatched. But, for the rest of the summer, I would "tune in" at least once a day, sometimes more than once a day, to see how Bella was progressing. When she fledged, I was pleased to know that she had been able to survive long enough to fly. I do hope this year's chicks are able to survive.

I love the osprey cam! Ospreys are marvelous. I happen to live in Florida and am fortunate to be surrounded by ospreys, osprey nests, and baby ospreys. It is wonderful to see ospreys protected and thriving throughout their range. Keep up the good work!
Sincerely, David Mathews

Thank you for watching the OspreyCam! We are glad you enjoy it. Ethel and Oscar have hatched one of their eggs last night. Stay tuned to the OspreyCam for more updates!

Thank you for watching the OspreyCam, we are glad you enjoy it! There are two babies and one egg on the nest as of last night. Oscar is providing fish and Ethel is feeding the two nestlings. Nova Scotia Power and the Museum of Natural History have been involved in the project for three years. We will have to stay tuned to see if the third egg hatches!
