Volunteer Opportunities
Programs such as museum classes and events like March Break are only possible with help of volunteers from all walks of life. If you enjoy children and you're looking for career development, teaching opportunities or museum experience, then think about joining our team of volunteers. You could be a natural! (You must be 15 years or older to volunteer at the museum).

Education Programs:
Work with children in an educational setting and discover together the wonders of Nova Scotia's natural and cultural history. Volunteers in the Education Program are asked to commit to one morning per week for a minimum of four months.
Public Programs:
Help make our events a success, working behind-the-scenes or up front with the public.
Are you more interested in working with Museum Collections ? There are, occasionally, opportunities for qualified volunteers to work with collections or databases in a science lab environment. For more information call ,424-7370.
