Bug Basics
Join Dr. Todd Smith of Acadia University for a fun-filled afternoon of beetles, bees and other creeping critters.

Thursday Art Workshops
August 14th, 10 a.m. – 12 noon
Explore the finer points of drawing, painting & creating for all ages. Pre-register by the Monday before workshop

Select Nova Scotia’s Incredible Picnic
Sunday August 24th, 11 a.m. – 3 p.m.
All are welcome for a celebration of food, music, fun & family! Promoting the concept of the “buy local program” by eating what is available from local farmers, fishers and producers to Nova Scotians. Along with a fantastic variety of local produce, meats, breads & cheeses, there will be Victorian games for the kids and of course, live music. Local artisans will be setting up shop as well.
A perfect place to picnic, right in your own neighbourhood!
Rain or shine. Tours available.
