Tasty Treats Weekend...
Sat. & Sun., Feb. 16th & 17th

Sample homemade candy made on the wood stove in the summer kitchen of Rose Bank Cottage. Take part in an old fashion taffy pull in the afternoon , or enjoy a cup of hot chocolate by the fire. You might even get to help make home made ice cream in the farm workshop.


Candle Light SewingBy the Light of the Candle......
Sat. & Sun., Feb 23rd & 24th

In the early 1800's the only source of light would have been by candle. Many families would have had to make their own candles or else go with no light at all. Come join staff in making candles just like the settlers would have done years ago.

Special March Break Program...
March 8th - March 16th

Each day during March Break has a different theme. We have fun hands-on activities relating to each theme scheduled throughout the day. Hot chocolate will be served.
Weather permitting, there will be wagon/sleigh rides.

Wonders of Maple Syrup......
Sat. & Sun., March 24th & 25th

We don't tap a lot of trees at Ross Farm Museum, but we still have fun with maple syrup. Sample maple candy, maple syrup and pancakes, watch a pot of syrup boil down over an outdoor fire and enjoy a sweet day at the museum.
