Garry Sowerby and his newly recruited soldiers pose near the Citadel Hill National Historic Site display at the Museum of Natural History. Citadel Hill and other area museums set up informative, interactive booths at 1747 Summer Street, Halifax for a Funky Museum Fair. Interpretive staff from the Citadel involved kids in searching through the Tickle Trunk of military uniforms, and taught them to "Take the Queen's Shilling" (a series of Victorian-era army commands). Hundreds of school children visited the museum to take part in the fun!
