Upon arrival to Perkins House Museum and neighbouring Queens County Museum in Liverpool, a surprised Peter Duffy, columnist for the Chronicle Herald/Mail Star, is escorted from his comfortable Volvo Cross County and shackled to the flag pole by the Liverpool Privateer Militia! This militia has also been know to hijack visiting tour buses - they're a fierce-looking but friendly bunch!
