Historic Sherbrooke Village Development Society Virtual Tour 24 - Temperance Hall The Temperance Hall was built in 1892. Following the decline of the Temperance Movement, the building was used as an elementary school from 1905 to 1955, after which it became the Legion Hall. It is still used by the Royal Canadian Legion for their meetings. It is interesting to note that this is one of the few "dry" legions in Canada. — Select a Building — 1. Information Centre 2.
